WATER-REPELLENT FEATURE OF THE COMPONENT

All the Wedze gloves have a water-repellent treatment that prevents the fabric from absorbing water and makes water run off its surface. As a result, the fabric does not become soaked with water. It stays light and warm. The water-repellent property is obtained by applying a treatment to the outer surface of the fabric. To remain effective, this treatment must be renewed every 2 to 3 washes with specific products, which are available in our stores.

WATERPROOF MEMBRANE

These ski mittens have a water-resistant membrane that consists of a very thin polymer film, placed between the lining and the part of the glove in contact with the outside.This membrane is a barrier to water and makes the product waterproof.In addition, the external materials of the product have a water-repellent treatment that prevents them from absorbing water. Only a rubber-type glove is waterproof. There is a limit to the waterproofing of a glove with a membrane in extremely wet conditions.

WINDPROOF

All Wedze gloves and mittens are windproof. Did you know that the wind makes you feel colder? With an outdoor temperature of 32°F and a 12.5 mph wind, the perceived temperature will be 14°F. Windproof components can reduce the chill effect caused by the true wind and the forward motion of your sporting activity.

LOSS PREVENTION SYSTEM
