Laboratory test

We conduct laboratory tests to validate the compon.:fabrics,buckles,straps,foampadding,zips,etc.For example,for a fabric:resistance to abrasion & tearing,colorfastness in UV light,resistance to washing,waterproofing,etc.Then,a test is conducted on the finished product replicating the accelerated demands on the backpack over a numb.of years to check the strength of the assemblies:the backpack is weighted,then placed on a dummy that reproduces the movement of fast walking over thousands of cycles.

How to adjust your backpack?

1 – Adjust the back height adjuster to the height in cm of your child (remove the rip-tab and then pass it through the loops of the desired colors).
2 – Loosen all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjuster straps).
3 – Put the backpack on.
4 -Tighten the shoulder straps.
5 – Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed

10-year warranty

The warranty covers any defects to the backpack, excluding those resulting from normal wear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product. If the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country/state.

HOW IS BACKPACK VOLUME MEASURED?

The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: we fill the main compartment as well as each pocket with little balls. Then we empty the balls into a graduated container, which gives us the equivalent volume in liters, with a tolerance of a few percent.
The empty weight shown is that of our reference sample. There may be slight variations.
